Would you like working at camp to be your summer job? Do you have a passion to share the Gospel and serve campers? Then consider being a Summer Missionary with Shiloh Bible Conference & Camp​.

Spend your summer making an eternal impact. Through missionary support, summer staff  often raise $1,000–$3,000 or more to serve at camp.

Serve with us for every week of camp at Shiloh in any or several of the Camp Staff positions.

Raise your own Missionary Support! God’s people love to help with this. We will educate you in how to do this. This is a great way to serve the Lord and receive income.​

Age Requirements

Applicants must be at least 16 years old to serve as a Summer Missionary.

Summer Missionaries who are 16 or 17 may have opportunities to serve as program staff and cabin assistants. Program staff lead Activities, Tech, and are available for Utility/Kitchen/Grounds/Maintenance as they desire and are gifted, and on occasion may fill in to supervise a cabin but not responsible for cabin. Cabin assistants serve alongside an approved adult cabin leader. They help lead activities, build relationships with campers, assist with cabin responsibilities, and learn how to disciple and care for campers.

To serve as the primary cabin leader, an applicant must be at least 18 years old or turn 18 during the summer.

Those under 18 are also encouraged to participate in the Shiloh Timothy Charge Program, which provides additional discipleship, training, and service opportunities.

Applying

Complete the Summer Missionary application thoroughly and submit it for review by the Shiloh Executive Team. Applicants will be asked to participate in an interview before receiving final approval.

Once approved, you may begin raising missionary support as an official Shiloh Summer Missionary.
