Timothy Coordinator

Tiegan Phillips

Tiegan Phillips was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. Tiegan has been attending Shiloh since she was 9. She served as a Timothy, then a summer missionary for three summers, and served for a week each summer prior to becoming the Timothy Coordinator. Tiegan graduated in May 2025 with her Masters in Social Work from Boise State University. Tiegan works in the “off season” as a medical social worker at St. Luke’s. This has given her unique experience with working with children in unique situations. All that to say, Tiegan has a passion for working with kids in all aspects of life from camp to crisis. She is thrilled to take on this role as Timothy coordinator and continue her story at Shiloh.

Kristi Nutting

Kristi grew up going to Shiloh, and came back as soon as her daughters were old enough to attend. She has faithfully served for many years in many capacities including as a cabin leader, worship leader, summer missionary coordinator and as the long time Caldwell Timothy group advisor.

Boise, ID

Jared & Christy Scofield

Jared and Christy got involved with Shiloh when their children, Jesse, Jack, and Claire began attending camps in middle school. They would go on to join the Timothy and Summer Missionary programs. In 2020, God called and we answered the call to lead the Boise Timothy Group. It has been our pleasure to watch teens seek God and learn to not just live for themselves, but for Jesus! The Timothy program is a unique opportunity that we are privileged to participate in, where we have the honor of discipling these young men and women as they grow up into mature believers, not just following, but walking with Jesus in their lives.

Jared and Christy have attended Lake Hazel Bible Church since 2012 in Boise where Jared is an Elder and the worship leader. Christy is involved in Women's Ministry leadership. They have been married since 2001. Christy has attended Calvary Chapel Bible College. Jared has completed the Bible Framework Series online. Together, they are lifelong students of the Bible, disciples of Jesus, and partners in ministry.

Anthony & Jazlyn Hidalgo

Anthony has been active in the church in many different areas for the better part of twenty years. He has been able to serve in the Tech Ministry, Worship Ministry, Children’s and Youth Ministries, and Young Adult/ Family Ministry.

Anthony and his wife were married in 2017, and welcomed their son, Elijah, in 2021. They have been in ministry together all those years, serving in many church ministries. After their son was born, Anthony and Jazlyn felt the Lord leading them to have Jazlyn be in full-time “home ministry” to their son. They are both excited to partner with Shiloh Bible Conference and Donnelly Bible Church in ministry.

Kevin Pfeifer

Kevin is a youth pastor out of Oxbow Oregon who saw a need within his community to lead a Timothy group and choose to fill that role. Kevin has served as the Oxbox timothy advisor for a number of years.

Garden Valley, ID

Asher Van Dyk

Asher is a long time camper, timothy, and summer missionary. Asher grew up in the Garden Valley Timothy Group and stepped in to serve the next group of timothys when the need arose. Asher is currently pursing a master's degree in social work from NNU.

Riggins, ID

Shawnetta Cluck

Shawnetta does a great job with our Riggins Timothys. She has been part of Shiloh for several years and being able to serve with her and with Riggins has been a pleasure.

Ever since I stepped onto Shiloh property for the first time in 2020, I have been in love with the mission here and have seen the clear impact being made on people! I have been serving at Shiloh Summer Camps for the past 4 years now and have loved being a part of impacting campers for Christ. I am beyond excited to not only continue to be here for the summers but to get to carry out the mission of Shiloh throughout the entire year! There is something very unique about Shiloh and I am honored to be a part of it!
